Exploring identity and building resilience as a queer man in the south? This is your therapeutic space. We move beyond simple connection to deeply process shared experiences of minority stress, trauma and internalized shame, creating self-acceptance and utilizing practical coping strategies. The group sessions focus on creating a roadmap for healing, understanding ourselves through a trauma-informed lens, navigating relationship dynamics and creating a supportive community tooted in deep authentic psychological health. For male-identifying queer individuals over 18yo.
