I spent part of my master’s program working in an outpatient clinic and focused on helping many clients in crisis from all walks of life. Because of this experience, I am passionate about working with individuals of all ages and from all walks of life. Every person deserves a therapeutic environment defined by unconditional respect, empathy, and authentic support.  I strive to create a space where you feel truly seen and heard in session, allowing you to show up as your most authentic self. Whether you are navigating a major life transition or seeking daily balance, I provide a space that honors you and your inherent worth.

 

I hold a firm belief that therapy is a valuable tool for everyone, regardless of where they are on their journey. My role as an associate therapist is not to lead or direct your life, but rather to walk alongside you as a collaborative facilitator. I see our work as a shared path where I provide the steady support and professional insight necessary for you to explore your inner world. Together, we will uncover deep-seated patterns, foster self-awareness, and build the foundation you need to reach your personal goals.

 

I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, anxiety, anger, neurodivergence, and spirituality.

1. I grew up in a large family with 5 siblings and have over 200 cousins.

2. I am left-handed.

3. I love being creative and most creative fields. I love drawing, game design, filmmaking, costume-making, 3D-printing, etc. If it’s creative, I am here for it!
