He/Him
Associate Therapy under Supervision with Heather Murray (GA License CSW008665)
Are you carrying the heavy exhaustion of being "too much" for some
and "not enough" for others, all while trying to keep the peace and
mask who you truly are? If this sounds familiar, you don't have to
navigate this without support. My role as a therapist is not to direct
your life, but to walk alongside you as a collaborative facilitator. Every
person deserves a space where they feel truly seen and heard, a
therapeutic environment defined by unconditional respect and
empathy. Together, we can untangle the past and create a space that
honors you and your inherent worth.
My Story
I spent part of my master’s program working in an outpatient clinic and focused on helping many clients in crisis from all walks of life. Because of this experience, I am passionate about working with individuals of all ages and from all walks of life. Every person deserves a therapeutic environment defined by unconditional respect, empathy, and authentic support. I strive to create a space where you feel truly seen and heard in session, allowing you to show up as your most authentic self. Whether you are navigating a major life transition or seeking daily balance, I provide a space that honors you and your inherent worth.
I hold a firm belief that therapy is a valuable tool for everyone, regardless of where they are on their journey. My role as an associate therapist is not to lead or direct your life, but rather to walk alongside you as a collaborative facilitator. I see our work as a shared path where I provide the steady support and professional insight necessary for you to explore your inner world. Together, we will uncover deep-seated patterns, foster self-awareness, and build the foundation you need to reach your personal goals.
I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, anxiety, anger, neurodivergence, and spirituality.
