Kiana Hall, MSW

She/Her

Psychotherapist under Supervision

Are you feeling stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed navigating life, identity, or relationships? Do you find yourself questioning who you are—your sexuality, your gender, or how past experiences may still be impacting your present? Are you craving a space where you can feel fully seen, heard, and accepted—without needing to explain or minimize your truth? Do you want to feel more confident in your skin, more grounded in your identity, and more in control of your life?

My Story

I believe that healing begins with authenticity and connection. I wanted to become a therapist because of my own experiences with mental health struggles—I know firsthand how impactful it can be to ask for help, and I hope to offer that same kind of support and encouragement to others on their healing journeys. I strive to meet each client exactly where they are with warmth, curiosity, and a trauma-informed lens.

I enjoy working with teens and adults (ages 16+), particularly those navigating anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, and major life transitions. I’m especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and neurodivergent clients in building resilience, self-trust, and empowerment. I pull from a variety of therapeutic approaches to support each client’s unique needs, and I believe in the power of a supportive, collaborative relationship to help people grow.

Therapy with me is honest, heartfelt, and affirming—and maybe even a little fun when the moment calls for it. Together, we’ll explore what healing looks like for you.

Fun facts about me:

  1. I have the sweetest fur baby named Luna who is on anxiety meds for her own kitty mental health journey.

  2. I am part of the Eastern Band of Cherokee and feel incredibly proud of and connected to those roots.

  3. I am a huge foodie/pretty advanced cook and can often be found making recipes from all over the world depending on my cravings or interests of that day!
